CENTURY 21 Bushnell has a long-standing commitment to excellence in Real Estate and is the oldest active brokerage in Utah County. Mikel D. Bushnell is the third generation Principal Broker and carries on the tradition of quality service and excellence started by his grandfather Daniel D. Bushnell in 1944.
Committed to Being Industry Experts: CENTURY 21 Bushnell agents know that continuing education in the Real Estate Industry and in trends and issues that arise in the law and the market will enable us to better serve our clients and our community.
As part of our commitment to industry excellence, CENTURY 21 Bushnell agents frequently exceed continuing education requirements, hold weekly training meetings to discuss the latest trends, and obtain advanced designations such as GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative).
Active Industry Involvement: CENTURY 21 Bushnell agents know that active involvement in the Real Estate Industry will enable them to not only provide the best service for their clients, but also to make sure that property rights are upheld for everyone.
In addition to committing time and resources to lobbyists working to support property rights, every year our agents attend REALTOR® day at the Legislature in Salt Lake City and meet with state leaders to discuss real estate issues that affect everyone. This past year they met with Gov. John Huntsman, Lt. Gov. Gary Herbert, National Association of REALTORS® President Al Mansell and other decision makers to discuss safeguarding home owners rights.
Recognized for Excellence: The CENTURY 21 Bushnell commitment to the Real Estate Industry is displayed by the fact that for two consecutive years more CENTURY 21 Bushnell agents received the Excellence in Real Estate Award than any other brokerage. The Excellence in Real Estate Award is awarded by the Utah County Association of REALTORS® to agents who meet high standards of community service, education and leadership.
